台商總會2011/2/23日拜訪 Bulacan 省 Calumpit City 舉辦輪椅捐贈活動.

由台商總會齊偉能總會長與 Calumpit City 在地投資台商提供輪椅50台, 一起贊助此公益活動. 由市長 James P. De Jesus (左5)親自接待並主持捐贈儀式, 直接將輪椅捐贈給受贈人及親屬.
